Qualifications

• 6 months+ in residential property management or customer service.
• Proficient PC skills, keyboard, Internet search, email.
• Effective communication with residents, vendors, management.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents with lease information and community details.
• Prepare lease documents and ensure completion in the system.
• Respond to and manage resident complaints and service issues.
• Support move-out process and transfers.
• Manage lease process and renewals with residents.
• Coordinate with maintenance to schedule service requests.
• Follow up to confirm services meet LMH standards.
• Participate in outreach marketing activities.
• Perform general office duties and data entry.
• Attend meetings and community events.
