Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answers phones and takes and follows up on service requests from residents.
• Assists prospective residents with lease information and move-in process.
• Prepares lease documents and enters paperwork into the system.
• Responds to and manages resident complaints and coordinates with staff to resolve issues.
• Supports residents during move-out, including notices to vacate and transfers.
• Manages lease renewals and coordinates with maintenance on service requests.
