Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support residents in a multi-family community. You will handle phones, process service requests, show homes, and guide residents through lease and move-in steps.

You will coordinate with maintenance, resolve complaints, manage renewals, and maintain records in Payscan/Yardi. A valid driver’s license, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ residential property management or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in PC skills, keyboard use, Internet search, email, math, and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Effective communication and interaction with customers, vendors, management, and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents with lease information, community details, and move-in information.
• Prepare lease documents for residents and input into the system.
• Respond to and manage resident complaints and service issues; coordinate with staff to resolve concerns.
• Support residents during move-out, including notices to vacate and transfers.
• Manage lease renewal notifications and inform residents of renewal options.
• Coordinate with maintenance to schedule service requests and ensure timely completion.
• Follow up to ensure services meet LMH standards and resident satisfaction.
• Contribute to outreach or community events as needed.
