Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage resident move-in/move-out processes, coordinate vendor services, and schedule maintenance for a multi-family community in Oceanside, CA. The role focuses on high-quality service, timely responses, and strong resident relations.

You will handle inspections, work orders, and communications with residents and vendors, ensuring compliance with LMH standards while utilizing Payscan, Yardi, and other systems.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years’ experience in residential property management or customer service.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and scheduling services.
• Proficient with MS Office, Yardi, Payscan.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Driver's license and ability to travel to regional locations.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and conduct home inspections during move in/out.
• Order and schedule vendor services.
• Maintain make-ready boards and assign work.
• Coordinate with maintenance team to schedule requests.
• Prepare purchase orders for vendor services.
• Generate work orders and close completed tasks.
• Follow up with residents after services.
• Provide timely resident communications and resolve concerns.
• Operate company vehicle and travel as needed.
