Job summary

Liberty Military Housing in Oceanside, CA is seeking a Customer Care Representative I to handle resident inquiries, billing questions, and collections with professionalism and empathy.

You will support move-out processes, reconcile balances with revenue accountants, and maintain accurate records using Yardi, Excel, and other systems; a high school diploma and solid communication are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of accounts receivables/collection experience.
• Proficiency with PC, keyboard, internet search, email & MS Office (Excel/Access).
• Clear listening and speaking on the telephone.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and mail while addressing billing inquiries.
• Support move-out processes, collect outstanding balances, and coordinate with staff for resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records and input information into Yardi, Excel, and related systems.
