Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve residents in a multi-family community. You will handle phone inquiries, support move-ins and leases, and coordinate with maintenance to address service requests.

The role requires strong communication, basic PC skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Local travel and weekend availability may be required; pay is $20.00–$23.00 per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ residential property management or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, email, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and assist residents and prospective residents.
• Assist with lease processes, move-ins, renewals, and documentation.
• Respond to and manage resident issues and complaints; coordinate with staff.
• Support move-out, notices to vacate, and transfers.
• Ensure timely completion of service requests and occupancy tasks.
• Perform general office duties and data entry in Payscan/Yardi.
