Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Oceanside, CA. You will help prospective and current residents with lease information, move-ins, renewals, and service requests within a busy multi-family community.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ residential property management or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and take/track service requests from residents in a multi-family community.
• Assist with move-in processes, lease documentation, and lease renewals.
• Respond to and resolve resident complaints, coordinating with staff as needed.
• Support move-out processes, transfers, and unit inspections.
• Coordinate with maintenance to schedule and complete service requests on time.
