Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support prospective and current residents across a multi-family community. You will handle phone inquiries, process service requests, and assist with move-ins and lease administration.

Role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor. Some assignments may involve weekends or emergencies to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ of residential property management or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills and MS Office.
• Effective communication with customers, vendors and staff.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective and current residents with lease information and move-in processes.
• Prepare lease documents and ensure paperwork is filed in the system.
• Respond to and resolve resident complaints and service issues.
• Support move-out processes and finalizing leases.
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely service requests.
