Qualifications

• 6 months+ residential property management or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and take and follow up on service requests for residents.
• Assist with move-in processes and lease documentation.
• Respond to and manage resident complaints and coordinate with staff.
• Support move-out process and lease renewals.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely service completion.
• Perform general office duties and data entry in LMH systems.
