Job summary

MidPen Housing Corp. seeks a Services Coordinator II to deliver and coordinate educational, health and wellness, and asset-building programs for residents at MidPen properties.

You will lead outreach efforts, plan community events, and build trust with residents while coordinating with property management and partners. This role emphasizes service delivery, data tracking, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Sociology, Gerontology, or related field; 1 year of related experience or training.
• 1 year experience in community development, social services, or related field.
• Experience collaborating with local service providers.

Responsibilities

• Delivers onsite programs and ensures implementation at locations to meet standards and objectives.
• Conducts door-to-door, phone, email outreach to inform residents of services.
• Engages property-level partners to support program goals.
• Provides individualized support and enrollment help for residents in programs.
• Maintains property-level records and tracks service activities regularly.
• Models leadership and fosters collaboration with colleagues.
