Job summary

MidPen Housing Corp. is seeking a Services Coordinator II to deliver educational, health, wellness, and asset-building programming for residents of MidPen properties.

You will coordinate afterschool, summer, college readiness, ESL, health workshops, and nutrition programs while engaging partners to serve residents. The role requires a BA/BS in a relevant field and at least one year in community development or related work, with strong customer service and organization skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Sociology, Gerontology, or related field plus 1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.”
• Minimum of one year experience in community development, social services, or related field.
• Experience coordinating programs and collaborating with local service providers.

Responsibilities

• Delivers onsite programs and ensures implementation to meet internal standards and regulatory expectations.
• Conducts door-to-door, phone, and email outreach to inform residents about services.
• Forges and promotes partnerships to support program goals at the property level.
• Provides individualized support and referral/enrollment for residents in specialized programs.
• Maintains accurate property records and tracks service activities regularly.
• Models leadership and fosters collaboration with Property Management and teammates.
