Job summary

MidPen Housing Corp. seeks a Services Coordinator II to deliver engaging resident programs across Vineyard Crossings, providing education, health and wellness, and asset-building activities.

You will coordinate after-school, summer, ESL, health workshops, and more, while building trust through outreach and community events. Responsibilities include coordinating access to services, supporting enrollment, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Education, Social Work, Sociology, Gerontology or related field.
• 1 year of experience in community development, social services, or related field.
• Experience coordinating programs and collaborating with local service providers.

Responsibilities

• Delivers onsite programs and ensures implementation to meet internal standards and regulatory expectations.
• Conducts door-to-door, phone, and email outreach to inform residents about available services.
• Engages and promotes property-level partners to support program goals.
• Provides individualized support and enrollment assistance for residents in specialized programs.
• Maintains accurate property-level records and tracks service activities regularly.
• Models leadership and fosters collaboration with Property Management and colleagues.
