The ideal candidate has a strong customer service orientation and experience working with diverse populations. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate language barriers. Competitive pay ranges from $24.62 to $27.70 hourly.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience and/or training in community development, social services, or related field.
• Experience working with diverse families and youth.
• Experience in program implementation and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite programs ensuring compliance with standards.
• Conduct outreach to promote resident services.
• Provide crisis intervention and follow reporting procedures.
• Participate in property plan development.
