Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Sales and Service Supervisor (Assistant Community Manager) to lead a high‑performing leasing team in Annapolis, MD. You will support the Community Manager, shape sales and marketing strategies, and coach leasing consultants to meet community goals.

You will drive consistent, positive customer experiences and help deliver luxury living. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and revenue optimization within a thriving multifamily environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of multifamily experience or related experience/education
• 1 or more years of supervisory or training experience required
• High school diploma or equivalency (GED) required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining community sales goals and motivate leasing consultants to achieve those goals
• Lease apartment homes; manage and convert prospect leads presenting and educating residents and prospective residents on all community information
• Address and resolve customer service concerns promptly to ensure high customer loyalty
• Assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of programs to maximize revenue and improve customer experience
• Support residents during move-in, lease renewals, and transfers
• Monitor market conditions by visiting competitive properties and updating market surveys
• Plan and execute resident activities to foster positive community connections
• Follow Vivmark policies to ensure compliance with laws, including fair housing
