Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Sales and Service Supervisor (Assistant Community Manager) to lead the leasing team and drive a superior resident experience. You will help shape the sales strategy, coach leasing consultants, and ensure exceptional customer service across the community.

You will work closely with the Community Manager to achieve leasing goals and implement programs that maximize revenue while maintaining high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of multifamily experience or related experience in hospitality or retail environments.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or training experience is required.
• Proficiency with administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining community sales goals and coach leasing consultants to meet them.
• Lease apartment homes, present information to residents and prospects, and convert leads.
• Address and resolve customer service concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
• Support revenue programs while monitoring expenses and improving resident experience.
• Assist residents during move-in, renewals, and transfers and coordinate with management.
