Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Sales and Service Supervisor (Assistant Community Manager) in Annapolis, MD to lead leasing efforts and elevate resident experiences. The role involves coaching leasing consultants, managing property operations, and supporting revenue initiatives.

You will work with the Community Manager to implement sales and marketing strategies, ensure consistent customer service, and help create a best-in-class living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of multifamily or related experience in hotel, retail or restaurant environment.
• 1+ year of supervisory or training experience required.
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining community sales goals and coach leasing consultants to achieve them.
• Lease apartment homes and convert prospect leads, presenting community information to residents.
• Address and resolve customer service concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
• Support programs to maximize revenue, control expenses, and improve resident experience.
• Assist during move-in, lease renewals, move-out, and resident transfers.
• Plan and execute resident events to foster positive community connections.
