Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support residents in a multi-family community. You’ll handle phone inquiries, move-in processes, lease documentation, and day-to-day service coordination with the maintenance team.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, clear communication, and timely follow-ups to ensure resident satisfaction. A reliable schedule, driver’s license, and computer skills are required for success.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ residential property management or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with PC, Internet search, email, and MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong communication with customers, vendors and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and meet objectives.
• Positive, professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a vehicle.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, off-hours and emergencies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and handle service requests from residents.
• Prepare and file lease documents for move-ins.
• Coordinate with staff to address resident concerns and service issues.
• Assist with move-in/move-out processes and renewals.
• Support lease processing and occupancy activities.
• Conduct routine inspections and post-turn checks as needed.
• Follow up on work orders and ensure completion to LMH standards.
• Participate in outreach and community events as required.
