Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our multi-family residential community in Virginia Beach. You will handle resident inquiries, manage the move-in process, prepare lease documents, and coordinate with maintenance to deliver timely service.

Ideal candidates have some residential property management or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ of residential property management or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and team members.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills (email, internet, data entry).

Responsabilités

• Answer phones and respond to resident requests and inquiries.
• Prepare lease-related documents and assist with move-in processes.
• Address and coordinate response to resident complaints or service requests.
• Assist with move-out processes and lease renewals.
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely completion of service requests.
• Support general office duties and data entry in Payscan, Yardi, and other systems.
