Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a multi-family residential community in Norfolk, VA. You will handle phones, lease processing, move‑ins/move‑outs, and resident inquiries with a commitment to exemplary service.

You’ll work with maintenance teams, coordinate with staff, and participate in outreach to attract residents. Flexible scheduling, including weekends, is required, with strong attention to resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience in residential property management or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with personal computers, keyboard, internet search, email, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Fast-paced, multi-tasking ability with reliable work ethic and professionalism.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and flexibility to work weekends, off-hours, or emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents with lease information and move-in process.
• Prepare lease documents for residents (pets, deposits, etc.).
• Ensure lease paperwork is completed and entered into the system (Yardi, Payscan).
• Respond to and manage resident complaints and service issues; coordinate with staff.
• Support move-out process and lease renewals; notify residents of deadlines.
• Coordinate with maintenance to schedule service requests and confirm completion.
• Participate in outreach marketing activities to attract prospective residents.
• Perform general office duties and input data into company systems.
