Liberty Military Housing is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support residents in a multi-family community. You will handle phone inquiries, process leases, and coordinate with maintenance to resolve issues while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in residential property management or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and prioritize duties.

Aufgaben

• Answer phones and assist residents and prospective residents with information about leases and move-in processes.
• Prepare lease documents and ensure paperwork is completed and entered into the system.
• Respond to and manage resident complaints and service issues coordinating with staff.
• Support move-out processes, renewals, and transfers as needed.
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely completion of service requests.
• Perform general office duties and data entry (Payscan, Yardi, etc.).
• Participate in property walks/inspections and attend department meetings.
