Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide frontline service to prospective and current residents in a multi-family community. You will handle phone inquiries, process leases, manage move-ins/outs, and coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely responses.

The role requires strong communication, basic PC skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ residential property management or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication with customers, vendors and team members.
• Proficiency with PC, Zoom/email, and data entry.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive between properties.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and respond to service requests from residents.
• Assist with lease information and move-in processes.
• Coordinate with staff to address and resolve resident concerns.
• Support move-out processes and lease renewals.
• Input data into Payscan, Yardi and other software systems.
• Attend meetings and participate in outreach activities.
