Job summary

Liberty Military Housing seeks a Customer Service Representative to support a multi-family residential community in Lakeside, California. You will answer phones, handle service requests, assist with move-ins, and process leases to ensure residents' needs are met.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills (Yardi, Payscan, MS Office), a valid driver’s license, and availability for a flexible schedule including weekends. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ residential property management or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Word, Excel, and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and customer service to interact with residents and vendors.
• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and emergencies as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents with information regarding their lease, the community, and the move-in process.
• Prepare lease documents for residents as part of the move-in process (pets, allotments, etc.).
• Respond to resident complaints and/or service issues and coordinate with staff to resolve concerns.
• Support residents during move-out and lease renewal processes.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
