Job summary

The Irvine Company is seeking a dedicated team member to assist the Community Manager in leading the on-site apartments operations in Irvine, CA. This role covers day-to-day management, resident relations, move-ins and renewals, and addressing resident concerns with a proactive service mindset.

You will train and onboard staff, support leasing activities, oversee ledger accuracy, process evictions per policy, monitor KPIs, and collaborate across departments to maintain exceptional property

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year in a customer service environment preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Clear and effective English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in day-to-day operations for on-site apartments.
• Resolve resident concerns and manage move-in/out and renewals.
• Train, onboard, and develop team members to support engagement and retention.
• Assist with leasing responsibilities as needed.
• Oversee ledger management, invoicing, and standard accounting processes.
• Monitor KPIs, conduct audits, and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain property standards and strong guest experiences.
