Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. is seeking an experienced Resident Services/Wellness Director RN to lead our clinical team in the Assisted Living department.

You will oversee resident care, ensure regulatory compliance, and coach staff to deliver high-quality service with compassion. Qualified candidates have an active RN license, preferably with Assisted Living experience, and are able to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• Assisted Living Experience preferred.
• Within 30 days of hire be CPR and First Aid certified.
• Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations.
• Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum).

Responsibilities

• Lead our clinical team in the Assisted Living department.
• Support care for residents and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Hire, train, coach and counsel staff; uphold quality standards.

What we need from you:

• RN license in good standing. Preferred
• Assisted Living Experience preferred.
• Within 30 days of hire be certified in CPR and First Aid
• Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations.
• Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum), including hiring, training and coaching and counseling.
• Able to exhibit good business judgment and have strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities.
• Able to demonstrate ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with minimal supervision.
