Westmont of Pinole, part of Westmont Living, Inc., is an Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Pinole, CA. We seek an experienced Resident Services/Wellness Director (LVN) to lead the clinical team and support residents with compassionate care.

The role focuses on supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high-quality resident services in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on dignity and community well-being.

Qualifications

• LVN license in good standing.
• Assisted Living experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum), including hiring, training and coaching.

What we need from you:

• LVN license in good standing
• Assisted Living Experience preferred.
• Within 30 days of hire be certified in CPR and First Aid
• Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations.
• Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum), including hiring, training and coaching and counseling.

• Able to exhibit good business judgment and have strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities.
• Able to demonstrate ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with minimal supervision.
