Job summary

Westmont Living in Pinole, CA, is seeking an experienced Resident Services/Wellness Director (LVN) to lead our clinical team in the Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

You will oversee resident care, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor staff while delivering compassionate, high-quality services. This role requires an LVN license and prior assisted living leadership.

Qualifications

• LVN license in good standing.
• Assisted Living experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
• Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations.
• 1 year minimum management experience, including hiring, training and coaching.
• Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Fast-paced, high-performance environment experience with multiple priorities.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with minimal supervision.

What we need from you:

• LVN license in good standing
• Assisted Living Experience preferred.
• Within 30 days of hire be certified in CPR and First Aid
• Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations.
• Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum), including hiring, training and coaching and counseling.

• Able to exhibit good business judgment and have strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities.
• Able to demonstrate ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with minimal supervision.
