Job summary

Westmont Living is seeking an experienced Resident Services/Wellness Director RN to lead the clinical team in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The role focuses on resident wellness, care planning, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring an active RN license, some management experience, and familiarity with state/federal regulations. CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days is preferred, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing; CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days (preferred).
• Assisted Living experience preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead our clinical team in the Assisted Living department.
• Support residents with wellness and care plans, ensuring high-quality care.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and licensing requirements.
• Hire, train, coach and counsel staff to maintain a caring, professional environment.

What we need from you:

• RN license in good standing. Preferred


• Assisted Living Experience preferred.


• Within 30 days of hire be certified in CPR and First Aid


• Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations.


• Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum), including hiring, training and coaching and counseling.

• Able to exhibit good business judgment and have strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities.


• Able to demonstrate ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with minimal supervision.
