Westmont Living, Inc. is seeking an experienced Resident Services/Wellness Director (LVN) to lead our clinical team in the Assisted Living department. You will oversee resident care and ensure compliance with relevant regulations while promoting a homelike, compassionate environment.

The role requires an LVN license in good standing, with preferred experience in Assisted Living. CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire is a must, and strong leadership and organizational skills are

Qualifications

• LVN license in good standing required.
• Assisted Living experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations for assisted living.
• Management and supervisory experience (1 year minimum).
• Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical and organizational skills.

What we need from you:

• LVN license in good standing
• Assisted Living Experience preferred.
• Within 30 days of hire be certified in CPR and First Aid
• Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations.
• Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum), including hiring, training and coaching and counseling.

• Able to exhibit good business judgment and have strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities.
• Able to demonstrate ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with minimal supervision.
