Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. is seeking an experienced Resident Services/Wellness Director (LVN) to lead our clinical team in Carmel Valley. This role focuses on supporting residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care, ensuring compassionate care and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have an LVN license, supervisory experience, and the ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire, with preferred experience in Assisted Living settings.

Qualifications

• LVN license in good standing required.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
• Assisted Living experience preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Management/supervisory experience (1 year minimum).
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical team and support in caring for residents in the Assisted Living department.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality resident services and wellness.
• Coordinate hiring, training, coaching, and performance counseling.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

What we need from you:

• LVN license in good standing
• Assisted Living Experience preferred.
• Within 30 days of hire be certified in CPR and First Aid
• Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations.
• Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum), including hiring, training and coaching and counseling.

• Able to exhibit good business judgment and have strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities.
• Able to demonstrate ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with minimal supervision.
