Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. is seeking an experienced Resident Services/Wellness Director RN to lead our clinical team and support caring for residents in the Assisted Living department.

The role requires an active RN license, and CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days, with emphasis on regulatory compliance and staff development. Ideal candidates have Assisted Living experience, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and proven ability to hire, train and coach staff in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing. Preferred.
• Assisted Living Experience preferred.
• Within 30 days of hire be certified in CPR and First Aid.
• Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations.
• Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum), including hiring, training and coaching.
• Able to exhibit good business judgment with strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities.

What we need from you:

• RN license in good standing. Preferred
