Job summary

LyvWell Apartments is seeking a customer-focused on-site team member to coordinate the general office at The Gardens Columbus. You will be the first point of contact for residents, handling questions and coordinating service requests with contractors to ensure timely issue resolution.

Focus on leasing and renewals while promoting social programs and maintaining policies. The role emphasizes strong customer service and resident retention in a community setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service and resident retention experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate general business office activities for the apartment community.
• Serve as first point of contact with residents and respond to questions or concerns.
• Plan, implement and promote social and recreational programs for residents.
• Prepare service requests and coordinate with contractors.
• Assist with leasing, lease renewals, and policy compliance.
• Manage resident retention and renewal reporting and renewals targets.
