LyvWell Apartments in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Customer-Focused Resident Services Coordinator to manage front-desk operations, answer resident inquiries, and coordinate leasing and lease renewals. You will be the first point of contact for residents and families, delivering high-quality service and coordinating with contractors for service requests.

In this role you will plan social and recreational programming, handle administrative tasks, and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of customer service and resident retention experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate general business office activities for the apartment community.
• Communicate with residents and families; resolve questions or concerns.
• Serve as first point of contact with residents and provide high level service.
• Plan, implement, and promote social and recreational programs for residents.
• Prepare service requests and coordinate with contractors to ensure proper handling.
• Support leasing and lease renewal; ensure compliance with policies.
