Job summary

Garden Communities CA is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to respond to resident needs, serve as the first contact in the leasing office, and uphold excellent customer service. You will plan events, coordinate operations across departments, and act as a concierge to residents while supporting leasing activities.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Yardi/Onsite; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of publishing software.
• Experience with property management software, especially Yardi and Onsite, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and direct resident needs as first contact in leasing office.
• Plan and execute resident events and functions.
• Coordinate operations between recreation, retail, and office staff.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Support leasing activities, tours, and office operations.
• Network with neighboring businesses to enhance marketing opportunities.
• Travel may be required within the Southern California region and Arizona.
