Qualifications

• Associate degree in Property Management required or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor degree in General Studies preferred.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience required.
• 3-4 years of sales or leasing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day leasing staff activities and motivates the team.
• Shows vacant and model suites; quotes rental rates and promotions; collects applications and deposits.
• Prepares leases and addendums; maintains records and reports; manages waiting lists.
• Ensures leasing data accuracy in property software and analyzes occupancy data.
• Maintains property presentation and conducts pricing reviews; visits competitors to understand market.
• Trains new leasing employees and ensures policy compliance.
• Monitors leasing team closing ratios and property occupancy to meet goals.
• Provides ongoing resident service and handles day-to-day property operations.
