Brookfield Properties Multifamily LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant at The Gardens Columbus, 3701 Governors Club Blvd. You will drive occupancy and rent growth by delivering outstanding service, guiding tours, and handling applications and move-ins.

Role requires 1+ year sales/customer service experience, strong communication, and knowledge of leasing processes. Flexible schedule, including weekends, is typical in multifamily communities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and inquiries with professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for resident and prospect interactions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing policies is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unmatched service to prospects and residents to exceed expectations.
• Guide prospects through the leasing experience to make renting easy.
• Manage inbound leads, schedule tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, screenings, and move-ins in a timely, accurate manner.
