LyvWell Apartments in Columbus is seeking a Leasing Consultant to deliver exceptional customer service, conduct tours, and guide prospects through the leasing process from tour to move-in. You will manage leads in our CRM, schedule tours, and promote online applications.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in sales and customer service, with leasing experience preferred. The role requires high energy, reliability, and the ability to work weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management or hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state housing laws preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unmatched service to prospects and residents to exceed expectations.
• Guide prospects through the leasing process and encourage online applications.
• Tour and show apartments, schedule tours, and maintain CRM lead follow-up.
