Savant Senior Living, LLC. is seeking a concierge for an assisted living facility. You will greet residents, families, and visitors, provide information, coordinate appointments, transportation, and services, and maintain a welcoming, organized front desk environment.

Must be 18+, with health screenings and background clearance. Prior front desk or hospitality experience is preferred; strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Competenze

• At least 18 years of age.
• Required Health Screening, TB Clearance, and Criminal Record Clearance.
• First Aid/ CPR Certified or equivalent.
• Special skills per California Code of Regulations Sections 85065(f)/87411(g).
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service cert is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk in senior living or healthcare.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in word processing, email, and database management.

Mansioni

• Greets residents, families and visitors in a warm, friendly manner.
• Provide information, answer inquiries, and assist residents and families with requests.
• Coordinate appointments, transportation, and services for residents.
• Explain facility amenities, activities, and services to residents and visitors.
• Handle administrative tasks: correspondence, resident records, appointment scheduling.
• Maintain a clean, organized concierge desk with supplies.
