Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a compassionate front desk assistant to greet residents, assist visitors and coordinate with vendors in the community. You will answer calls, monitor safety, process work orders and help deliver packages while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Word is required, and you should be able to work as part of a team with the ability to multitask. Three months of related experience are preferred and DailyPay is available.

Qualifications

• Three (3) months of related experience is preferred.
• Clear and effective English communication.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families.
• Answer telephone calls.
• Monitor safety systems and investigate unusual activity as needed.
• Process reports for work orders, incidents and concerns.
• Receive and deliver or hold packages and items as requested.
• Maintain sign in/out logs for keys and gate passes.
• Assist other departments with administrative tasks.
• Ensure concerns are addressed with timely responses and follow-up.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents and coworkers.
