Job summary

associacareers is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Miami to greet visitors, verify access to units, and act as gatekeeper for residents. You will coordinate deliveries, monitor security cameras, and ensure a secure, professional environment.

Essential duties include fluent English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to use a property management system and POS. Some college or hospitality training is preferred, with prior front desk experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some college or training in hospitality is desirable.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
• Ability to input and access information in management systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet vendors, residents and guests and manage access.
• Coordinate deliveries of packages, flowers, and restaurant food.
• Monitor security cameras and exterior doors to maintain a secure environment.
• Assist with building patrols and overall resident service.
• Ensure areas are cleaned and maintained during shift.
• Follow safety policies and handle crisis situations if needed.
• Answer phones clearly and professionally and provide directions.
