Job summary

FirstService Residential in Miami is seeking a dedicated Front Desk associate to greet residents, manage guests and service providers, and support building operations. You will monitor security systems, maintain daily logs, and assist with incident reports using Word and other software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• Two (2) to three (3) years of business experience preferred.
• Computer literacy: command of information system hardware/software is preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet residents; check guests and service providers in/out.
• Understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures; monitor and operate electronic security control systems; maintain logs and forms.
• Work front desk and operations.
• Ability to remain professional and firm when enforcing building policies.
• Stand for long periods and handle duties as assigned.
