Job summary

The Concierge role at LCS Life Care Services involves answering and transferring calls with courtesy, greeting residents, guests, vendors, and staff, and assisting with packages and mail. You will also handle visitor sign-in logs and basic data entry using the community's software system.

Additional duties include monitoring security cameras and fire alarm boards where applicable, maintaining entry security, and preparing maintenance work orders and correspondence as needed to support residents

Qualifications

• High School graduate preferred with good grammar.
• Proficient typing and MS Office experience.
• Ability to manage multiple routine tasks with instruction.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-going switchboard/telephone coverage.
• Greet all guests, residents, vendors, suppliers, and outside service providers.
• Distribute packages, business mail and magazines.
• Maintain visitor sign-in logs.
• Monitor security cameras and fire alarm board where applicable.
• Maintain security for admittance to all public entries.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Prepare correspondence, memos and other documents.
• Data entry of general resident information using computer software system.
• Receive all persons who enter the Community and assist as needed.
• Attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned.
• Perform tasks and responsibilities as directed by supervisor.
