Senior Lifestyle is seeking an on-site role to assist residents, guests and vendors, greet visitors, answer calls, and support building operations. You will monitor safety systems, process reports, and handle packages while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor with residents and staff.

The role emphasizes clear English communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask, with opportunities to contribute to a compassionate, well-run community.

Qualifications

• Three months of related experience preferred.
• Clear English communication required.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word required.
• Compassionate, professional and empathetic.
• Team player able to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
• Positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and assist visitors, prospective residents, and families.
• Answer telephone calls.
• Monitor safety systems and investigate unusual activity.
• Process reports for work orders, incidents and concerns.
• Receive and deliver packages, plants, prescription drugs, etc.
• Maintain sign in/out log for keys and gate passes.
• Assist other departments with administrative functions.
• Respond to concerns with timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and co-workers.
