Liberty Senior Living is seeking an experienced Concierge to welcome residents and visitors, answer phones, route calls, and assist with daily access control and sign-in at the kiosk. The role emphasizes confidentiality, discretion, and a professional first impression on every interaction.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate.
• Candidate should be organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Must read, follow and explain facility policies as they pertain to the Business Office.
• Must have computer knowledge and be able to work under pressure.
• Must be cheerful and present a positive first impression at all times.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and route calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Require sign-in via kiosk and greet residents and visitors.
• Enter work orders for housekeeping, pest control, and maintenance as requested.
• Accept packages, monitor deliveries, and notify residents.
• Inform executives and department heads of visits or emergencies.
• Assist during emergencies and know the Fire Plan and safety procedures.
• Deliver newspapers to resident doors and assist as needed.
• Secure the building during shifts and support resident safety checks.
• Support residents with applications and direct to the proper department.
