Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to join our team. The Concierge greets guests, residents, and employees, handling external and internal calls, taking messages, and providing general information.

The role supports daily operations and resident experience in a senior living community. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors, managing messages, organizing logs, coordinating appointments, and assisting with mail and supplies.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years customer service experience and/or training.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets residents and visitors, answers inquiries and provides directions.
• Carries out telephone answering and reception duties.
• Takes complete messages and communicates to the intended recipient.
• Prepares meal tickets for team members and family members; tallies meal count sheets.
• Manages appointments for residents and family members (hairdresser, transportation, etc.).
• Maintains and updates logs (Resident Phone List, Roster, Move-In/Move-Out Register, Sign-In Logs).
• Keeps desk and entry area neat and organized.
• Distributes mail to residents and staff.
• Adheres to company policies and operating procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
