Senior Lifestyle seeks teammates to assist residents, guests and vendors in our community, delivering friendly, professional service with HEART—Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect & Teamwork.

Responsibilities include greeting residents, answering calls, monitoring safety systems, processing reports, handling deliveries, and supporting other departments. A compassionate, team-oriented attitude is essential for daily interactions.

Qualifications

• Three months of related experience preferred.
• Clear and effective English communication.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and assist visitors, prospective residents, and families.
• Answer telephone calls.
• Monitor safety systems (cameras, door alarms, life safety systems) and investigate unusual activity.
• Process reports for work orders, incidents and concerns.
• Receive packages and deliveries and deliver or hold as requested.
• Maintain sign-in/out log for community keys and gate passes.
• Assist other departments with administrative tasks.
• Ensure timely response to resident/family/employee concerns and provide high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional demeanor toward residents, visitors and coworkers.
