East West Hospitality, Palace Lofts — Denver, CO, is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to greet residents and guests, manage packages, and coordinate moves. You’ll support front desk operations, security, and community safety while delivering exceptional service in a welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service skills, experience with office systems, and the ability to balance hospitality with organization and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service or administrative experience in hospitality, hotel, property management, food & beverage, retail, or reception.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for residents, guests, and vendors.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules, operating instructions, and property procedures.
• Comfort with computers and standard office systems; familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook, and BuildingLink or similar systems is helpful.
• Ability to stay organized, professional, and responsive while multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests professionally to create a welcoming impression.
• Support building access, key control, and security procedures to maintain a safe community.
• Handle packages from receipt to notification and storage.
• Coordinate moves by scheduling move monitors and following procedures.
• Answer questions and connect callers with the right resources or information.
• Keep front desk and lobby clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
• Monitor front desk electronics and report operational issues promptly.
• Respond to emergencies following property procedures to ensure safety.
• Build positive relationships with residents, guests, vendors, and teammates.
• Assist the property team with other duties to keep daily operations running smoothly.
