Job summary

Compass Concierge Services in the DC area is seeking a friendly, client-focused Concierge to provide superior service to residents. You will greet visitors, log packages, coordinate deliveries, and help with amenity reservations.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and reliability, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Prior front desk or hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in working with computers including MS Office, calendar, management software
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• College degree or some coursework
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional experience to every person, beginning with an unmatched first impression and building rapport with teammates, visitors, and current residents.
• Handle transactions like accepting and logging packages, managing vendors and deliveries, arranging resident reservations and other amenities
• Collaborate with talented teammates to identify and solve any on-site issues that arise.
