You’ll manage packages, coordinate move-ins, and help ensure a smooth, safe, and hospitable living environment.

The role emphasizes reliability, organization, and strong communication as you balance hospitality with operational duties and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or similar service-focused environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, positive, and calm approach when assisting residents, guests, and vendors.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn BuildingLink, Outlook, key-control software, and access-control platforms.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, guests, vendors, and visitors with a warm, professional first impression.
• Provide accurate building information, answer calls, and direct questions to the right team members.
• Manage package intake and resident notifications with organized records.
• Maintain secure key-control procedures and protect resident access.
• Coordinate approved real estate showings and building access per procedures.
• Support resident move coordination and verify insurance.
• Conduct routine building walks and report housekeeping, maintenance, safety, or security concerns.
• Monitor shared amenities and ensure front desk electronics are operational.
