Job summary

Soma Towers, managed by Greystar, has an immediate opening for an experienced Concierge in Bellevue. The Resident Services Coordinator provides excellent customer service to prospective tenants, current residents and property staff, and supports resident activities to promote a quality living experience.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering calls, maintaining guest suites, and coordinating resident events.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to interact with a diverse group of people.
• Professional in dress and verbal/written communication.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the local neighborhood to assist residents and guests.
• Proficiency in using computers, internet, and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service.
• Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensures comfort while they speak with a team member.
• Answers phone calls and routes to the appropriate team member.
• Maintains the guest suite schedule for proper payment and cleanliness on arrival.
• Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition before leasing office opens.
