MBK Senior Living in Bellevue, WA is seeking a part-time Concierge to create exceptional first impressions for residents, families and guests. You will handle front-desk duties, answer calls, and support sales and resident services in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must complete required background clearance, health screening and provide TB test results within 7 days of employment.
• Must communicate clearly with residents, families and guests in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors and prospects professionally and warmly.
• Direct inquiries, tours and inquiries to support sales and residents’ experience.
• Answer calls promptly, provide accurate information, and direct to the appropriate team member.
